How to request deletion
Email privacy@TODO_DOMAIN with the subject line Account and Data Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify that you control the account or email address before completing the request.
Include this information
- App name.
- Account email or user ID.
- Country/region.
- Whether you want account deletion, data deletion, or both.
- Any details that help us locate your account or app data.
Verification
Verification may be required to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request from the account email address or provide other information reasonably needed to verify ownership.
What data will be deleted
When your request is verified, we will delete or de-identify eligible personal information associated with your app account. TODO: Replace this with the exact categories your app stores, such as profile information, saved content, settings, uploaded files, cloud records, or support identifiers.
What data may be retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, or compliance reasons. TODO: Add retained data categories and retention periods, for example transaction records retained for TODO_RETENTION_PERIOD, security logs retained for TODO_RETENTION_PERIOD, and backup copies deleted within TODO_BACKUP_RETENTION_PERIOD.
Timing
TODO: Replace with your expected processing time, for example: We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law.
If our app does not offer account creation
If Travel App does not offer account creation, there may be no app account to delete. You can still contact privacy@TODO_DOMAIN for privacy requests, including questions about data that may be stored on your device, support emails, diagnostics, analytics, or third-party SDKs.
